President Bola Tinubu will declare open the African Counter-Terrorism Summit in Abuja today (Monday). The event is organised by Nigeria, with support from the United Nations Office of Counter-Terrorism, and will hold from April 22 to April 23, 2024 with the theme: ‘Strengthening Regional Cooperation and Institution Building to Address the Evolving Threat of Terrorism’.
